Suncoast Land Surveying, Inc. (SLS) was formed in 1986 by Kelly McClung, PLS. Mr. McClung received his Bachelors degree in Land Surveying from the University of Florida (1980) and earned his professional surveyor's license in 1983. Original SLS partners included two, locally-owned engineering firms which provided SLS with a steady stream of land surveying projects and the foundation for a successful business model to cater to the needs of engineers, architects, municipalities, and a variety of other clients.

Today, SLS is privately owned by Kelly and Marie McClung and employ many highly qualified personnel including professional land surveyors, field technicians, and CADD specialists. These employees utilize the industry's most sophisticated equipment available; both inside the office and on the job site. This combination of expertise and technology provides our clients with innovative project management solutions and a finished product delivered on-time and on-budget.
